Barry Albino did great on my car change oil and filter and did more to complete what is required. Most of all, he said the crack that I mentioned to him is a recall problem. So, I don't worry anymore. Thanks!

I had been on hold with the dealer for 18 minutes. My husband and 2 small children got stranded on the 605 S. fwy due to the oil filter that was changed by your service dept and apparently not tightened this morning, fell right off the car while driving. This must be taken care of immediately and any possible damage to my car is soley the dealers responsility!
