You’ve tried to sell my wife a cabin air filter twice even though the filter was replaced previously. Total con job from your service dept!! Came in for oil change got a quote of 69.95. The service guy gave my wife a discount of about a forty dollars off ... he says the bill for the oil change is $78.91 SOME SAVING HUH!!! Then you want me to trust your service dept with a brake job??!! I recently bought a Tacoma 4x4 in Vancouver seems they do appreciate customer service there.

When I ordered my tires I specifically asked how much the total
would be, so I could pay in cash. But when I went to pay additional charges were included. What pissed me off the most is that the detailed invoice had one total and then an additional $10.00 in misc charges over and above the invoice detail. When I requested what the additional charge was for , her answer was only additional misc expenses and no additional information could be provided. As I asked to understand what it was for she just kept getting louder and sharper until I simple gave up and paid on my card. If you can't explain the details of the charges, as a consumer I don't believe those charges should valid. I
see these to be nothing more than an opportunity to gouge me for a little bit more cash.
