Everything was fine. I was a little dismayed to find out I needed a whole new set of tires when I had brought my car in 3 or 4 months ago to have my tires checked and was told they were in good shape. Plus, I have been on time about bringing my car in for oil changes and the corresponding inspections - rotating tires and so forth.

Darin was very professional, nice, and knowledgeable! He found out I had driven a far distance for my service and strived to accommodate my maintenance needs in a quick manner. He also showed me how to remove the manual key from the fob (which I didn't know was possible), how to roll down my window and open my sunroof, I told him I was heading to get my car washed, because I was embarrassed by the filth, and he checked my windshield temperature to caution me about potential damage due to the heat and cold variances.
