Very nice and courteous however it wasn’t until I came to pick up my vehicle and it was already out of the service bay that I heard about a few things that needed attention. Had I heard about them early on, I would have asked to get them fixed. Granted, they were not critical things, nonetheless, they could have been addressed.

I have always brought my car into you for service after I purchased it there. This time I was told you no longer wash the car when finished. You handed me a coupon for a car wash which I then had to drive to. The inside was not vaccumed and the front window was not washed. It looked like you had just run the windshield wipers. I was under the impression that a dealer from which you purchase a car got better service. Not so anymore. Unless you can give me a reason to continue to use you I will go somewhere else next time.

Somewhat confusing appointment. Still not sure exactly what was done on my vehicle or if the necessary B service minded things were taken care of. Had to ask for a copy of what was done on my vehicle and when I looked at it at home it was somewhat inconclusive. paperwork was different from last service and nowhere near as clear. Austin was fine. He was friendly and easy to talk to. But not particularly happy with the service as a whole.
