The representative seemed a little bit cold to me and I didn’t see any smile on her face. She seemed not very happy to answer my questions. I hope she could be more happier.

I went there for a oil change rotate tires and winshield wipers. But everything was good but as i was driving home my tire pressure sensor light came on. Also there was no sticker at the corner of my car saying when i need to come back for my next oil change.I have gone to many places and they have always put a sticker. But allie was really nice.

Chuck was great. But I would have definitely preferred if Honda Would allow a normal 1 hour time slot instead of requiring a 2-3 hour window to wait for a service to be completed. It took a whole morning off work to get a service done.
