Brandon Nguyen is excellent and a tremendous asset to Honda World. He was able to express everything that needed to be done to my car with patience and ease. And he displayed sincere, authentic presence whenever I had a question. Most importantly, I felt he had a sense of empathy, like he wasn’t aimlessly promoting things to me to do with my car for the sake of it, there was always a purpose and a concern and a timeline given if there was something important to be done.

I was satisfied, but as a Honda Retiree I set a fairly high bar. My feedback… confirm all parts are available after initial assessment/ inspection by Tech. With service spanning 2 days, confirm at end of day one what the service completion time target is for day 2.
Tom was very professional so feedback is only to help enhance his service. Shuttle drive was also very professional, personable and safe driver.

Came in to get a recall fixed and now my stop idle doesn't even work. Was not taken care of or satisfied. Was left to figure it out myself. Came back twice because car wasn't right. Will never come back to Honda World. Now I'm forced to get help elsewhere. Terrible service. I was treated like crap.
