Mark is a pro and a pleasure to deal with. I used the Nissan app to book the appointment and everything went very smoothly. I was greeting in the lane. He was expecting me. He communicated personally with me when the car was ready. 5 Stars out of 5 if you are counting.

May I suggest that in the future, any changes in your billing process is explained, prior to the billing process.
