Julie has an absolutely horrible attitude and should learn how to interact with customers. I understand that she may not have agreed with what was being said but there is a way to talk to people and handle situations and her approach was all wrong! For starters if there are delays in service that should be communicated not just have the customer sit around waiting and then every time you ask for updates you get the same generic response. There is no way we should have sat for 2hrs without any updates. She should really work in her customer interactions because rudely interrupting other people's conversations is not the way to handle things
