It took an hour and a half to get my oil changed and ties rotated. That is the speed and kind of service I expected when I go to Wal-Mart. I expected a little better service. I wss told they spent a lot of time looking for windshield wiper replacements. I don't understand why I was not just told that you didn't have any in stock and I get them done next time, which is eventually what happened anyway, once I had sat there and gotten mad already.

Found problem with vehicle but they said there currently no fix but according gm website there was test and a corrective step that was not even performed. Service department should be more up to date.
