JoAnn has been taking care of my vehicles for the last couple of years. She always does a great job. She never tries to sell me something I don't need and she always gets my work done quickly. I bought my truck at your dealership. I typically don't like dealerships because they always try to get something they don't need from you. JoAnn is the best service advisor I think I have ever done business with. I give her service a 10 rating Your dealership has been very good to me since 2003 when I started buying Chevrolets from you. JoAnn is a wonderful credit to your company. Darn good at her job, very friendly, and gets the job done right the first time and on time
