Angelo is the best service writer I’ve ever had. Simply excellent in every way. Mark, Thomas were good, but Angelo is hands down the best. He always keeps me in the loop with the status of my repairs, is always engaging and easy to speak with. He quickly takes inquires and responds to them right away and when necessary engages techs for more info. While this is about my utter and sincere appreciation of Angelo, I have to take a moment to thank JT and always Robert. We have one loose end to tie up and I’ll look forward responding to another one of these surveys cus I’m sure it will again be a reflection on Angelo’s great and attentive service.

To be honest, very disappointed in the quality of the service, not what I would have expected from Mercedes.
1- improperly bled brake... this is car maintenance 101
2- Fixing window trim that won’t stay in putting silicone grease on the edge of the window glass.... really?
3- How is even possible that a top of the line AMG C63s is not able to drive in a straight line and will literally change lanes to right by itself is mind boggling. To say, they all do that... it’s a software issue is unacceptable
