I requested to have the Resistal treatment done while the car was in for service for 3 days to reprogram a passenger mirror. I was told this would be done. When I picked up the car, I noticed the Resistal treatment was not done, and I called Mercedes to ask if it had been done, and was told that in fact it had been completed. When I pressed the person on the phone to double check if the treatment was done, they routed my call to Tony (who did not call me back).
