Edgar was very professional and took care of my needs in a timely manner on one of the busiest saturdays I have seen in a while. Because I did not have an appt, he told me it would be abt 3 hr wait. I like that he was truthful and upfront and even offered to call me when completed. I like that he had respect for my time.

Satified but I was advised that the vent on the console is not under warranty. I am the only person that uses the car. I happen to sit in the back one day and I noticed it, so it must have been broken when I brought it. I brought my Lexus through Longo because of the wonderful previous experience. I really hope that this comment shows not fall on deaf ears

Kelly Yang not only immediately corrected a problem I had with my car’s detailing, but he had a ream of technicians check out a noise from the adaptive suspension on my RC350 F Sport, although the sound I was hearing is normal for this car model, I didn’t hear it on the ES, GS and IS models I’ve had previously. I completely trust Kelly’s expert recommendations and I feel much safer knowing that I entrust Longo Lexus and Kelly with servicing and maintaining my Lexus. Many thanks Kelly!
