I don’t understand why the oil change is not included multi-point inspection, which is used to be included. Why is the policy changed so rapidly? After Begging my request with the representative, she begrudged to add the item to the service, but she Looked very mean. You charge too much for oil change, if multipoint check is not included, I will go somewhere else in the future.
