Woman who checked in car - dis not acknowledge or speak(unusual compared to others).
Loaner was available and wait not bad.
Courtesy wash - was it just supposed to be washed just outside or were they supposed to clean inside? It was dusty and rugs hardly vac’d. (C-)
A fuse part was literally left in door cubby( What was that? Did they forget to put something in or it was something taken out? Makes me wonder...
The main service 30k good...
But i would review these 2 things with service team.
