Kelly was great and always provides excellent customer service.
My only issue was the courtesy vehicle we were given. It had trash, a hair band around the shifter and someone else’s eye glasses between the seat and the center counsel. This was pretty gross considering the current pandemic. Courtesy vehicles should be cleaned and sanitized - I feel like being given the vehicle like it was is proof it wasn’t really cleaned much at all because if it had been these items would have been found.

Vehicle loaner customer service rep needs work on a better customer service.
I was skipped on the line and also my info was deleted twice and she asked my license, insurance and credit card information for a multiple times. Also, when I was signing the form she was not very informative and said initial here here here sign it here.
Also, I have ES350 and I was loaned NX and it was too small for me and I was expecting either equivalent to Es350 or RX,
