After my windshield install I found multiple scuff marks on the hood. It shows carelessness on the painted surface of a customer's car. There should be more steps taken to have the car leave better, not in worse condition it came in (aside from the window fix).

I have never completed one of these surveys but this time I felt like I had to because I felt like Mr. Saldana was very attentive. Mr. Saldana explained to me my warranty and inquired if my car had any of the damages that would be covered by my warranty. Since I’ve taken my car to get service I’ve never been asked this. I really appreciate Mr. Saldana’s professionalism, communication and attentiveness to my needs and to what my warranty covers.

I drove the car off your lot and noticed maintenance required sign on the dash. I don't know how long it was there or it happened right after recall service because I don't drive the car very often and my wife has not been driving it after she lost her job due to pandemic , but couldn't you guys tell me about this notice!!!! I drove about 160 mile in total for this recall service as I live 39 miles away from your dealer and I spent more than 6 hours driving! Do i deserve as a customer not be notified at least about maintenance required on my car!? Now I should appoint another time and spend another 5 hours just to get the service that could be done in same visit!

Service advisor is alright, he did what he have to do to satisfy the client, the manager for the loaner car is not, he is completely non-sense on my opinion, he is not as accommodating and not considerate in terms of pleasing the client and a power tripper, he acted like he is the only one who knows his job, an **** so to speak, I wouldn't be surprise if a lot of unsatisfied client will file up, very replaceabe, not the right person on his job.
