Great job, Frank LaRusso always gives us. He shows us the understanding of how our vehicle can maintain great service to us. Please note this is my second visit to the dealer ,on my vehicle and was getting a detailed he recommended how my vehicle could last, looking great, now that I bought my lease . As it was detailed, the Detail shop Shows on my service papers that this vehicle had deep scratches and it’s a very dirty vehicle. And as I read, I could not stop laughing because they’re right . As my two from born grandson’s now 5 & 7 worked over this vehicle, for the length of the lease ,that consumers report don’t test for KIDS, and your detail department did the best they could .and to me my car looks brand new . What a job ,the detail job was great once again thank you Lexus and Frank.

I really appreciate the service specials Lexus routinely offers. It would be a nice added service feature to have the specials related to customer service request mentioned up front by default. Or current service specials visibly posted in customers view at each service writers work station. I also appreciate the cursory car wash.
I waited for service to be completed and felt very comfortable in the waiting area. It is bright, clean, and very inviting. The restrooms were nice and clean too.
