I told Mr Prada that Lexus of Cerrito is having $30 off synthetic oil change. He looked up their web site and told me that Cerrito Lexus’s oil change is Pennzoil oil while Lingo uses Lexus factory oil; thus, he could not match Cerrito’s discount. But when I received the bill, it showed the oil Longo used was Pennzoil. This made me think David was not being honest with me.

Only concern I would like to address is my technician did not provide me with a reported card print out indicating the items that are good in green and items that would be yellow or in the red. I was provided with one last visit but nit at my 110,000 service. I feel that report should be always attached yo the paperwork.

I am not sure if you normally wash the car after each service but mine was not washed . Although it was for a five month complimentary service, it was not washed. In addition, no one reviewed what was done when I picked up my car. These are basic services I get whenever I take my other car in to other dealership like Century BMW . I am not sure if this is LONGO’s normal procedure .However, the initial rep was very personable when I bought the car in. Therefore my overall rating is a five out of a scale of ten
