We were not happy with the service. The installation of parking sensors wasn’t done properly and came lose when the car came through an automated car wash. Instead of taking care of the issue free of charge, we not only were charged 200 bucks but also were sent to the collision center just to be sent back. It was a waste of time and money. After being loyal customers for the last 5 years, we will not be using Longo Lexus for any more services or to purchase another vehicle.
