I am not satisfied with my repair service for driver side
mirror shaking issues. The
technician verified my concern and found no abnormalities as
compared to like vehicles , that sounds a little wired. I have driven
at least six of same year RX 350, ever had mirror shaking and vibration issues
like my car. If the technician test drives any like new RX 350, I don't think
the mirror has shaking issues. My car only drives about 2,000miles. The
replaced mirror shaking is much worse than my original one. And it's only
replacing two weeks ago. I have been told that they are going to replace
the mirror, but after 3 days waiting, they did not replace it. I request my
service agent to talk to the management about the issues and I bring up my
concern about the service. I hope they
can order an OEM part and have a master technician to replace it. I am
still waiting for the answer.

I asked for an oil change. Eliseo suggested the 65,000 service instead. I assumed it included an oil change among other checks and services. When I got home, I discovered that my oil had not been changed -my floor mat was checked though!

I took my car to get it detailed and I mentioned to the representative that my breaks were squeaking loud he said his team will check it out. When I picked up my car he told me everything was good. The next morning I drove to work and my breaks are still squeaking . Now I have to make another appointment to get it checked out again.
