Made my appointment with Daniel and Daniel was no where to be found. My appointment was at 11am and was seen until 11:30am by another service writer. I was told that it would take 2 hrs for my OIL CHANGE. After 3 1/2 hrs I went to check the status of my car at the front desk. I was told to see the service writer, which he then said he didn’t have my paper work because it was given to another writer! The other writer had also given it to another writer which then said “Oh yeah it has been completed!” The original service writer took the paper work and said he would close it and they would call me when ready! 30 mins later I went back to the front desk to see if it was ready only to be told “oh yeah I was about to call your cellphone because you didn’t answer when we called your name” I was sitting by the front desk, therefore there is no way I would of missed my name. Never ever had a waited 4 hrs for an oil change. This has been by far the worse experience I’ve had at a dealership. Very unorganized and careless employees. This will be my last trip to this dealer!
