Edgar Anzaldo is very good service representative. He will tell you the problem with the car. He is honest. There is no pressure on having the car fixed. He told me the consequences of not having it fixed. He explains and uses pictures to show the problem of the car. From there, I make decision. He will tell me up front why it is not safe to drive it.
