I had an appointment, but my oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter change took almost 3 hours. Too long in my opinion. Especially since I was told it would take 1.5 hours , 1/3/4 hours st the most.

Service was overall good. Started great with good communication from Beau. Towards end of service, Beau shared that my car was just about ready and paperwork would be finished in about 15 min, at which point he would come back to get me. After waiting 40 min, I went to his desk (he wasn’t there) and then to receptionist desk. After waiting about 10 min there, another service man asked if I needed help. I explained, he walked to Beau’s desk, found my paperwork and had receptionist finish it. Apparently Beau was at lunch. I felt I waited overly long. I wished Beau would had told me he was going to lunch and that I could inquire at desk on my own (rather than waiting for him to finish his lunch before completing my service).
