Unfortunately I wasn't 100% satisfied with this last service experience I had because of the way I was treated by the service advisor not sure his name. I always go to Daniel Perez because he has treated me with so much respect since day one, always with great customer service. Unfortunately he wasn't the one to help with my low tire problem on the day I went because he wasnt working when I showed up to the service department. Never will I go again with any other advisor, I will wait for Daniel Perez to help me. Had a very bad experience with the other advisor, never have I been treated with such bad manners, seems it was a racial issue. He was very pleasant with the customer he was helping before me. He made me feel so uncomfortable, even to say there was no loan car for me to use, when there was about dozen of loan cars to be used. Hopefully he gets trained better at his customer service he provides in being a service advisor. Very bad experience to have that it still angers me to remember what he put me through.
