Even though I am sad that my car had mice eating away at it. I would like to thank Tony Machado for making this process bearable. I was happy to have a loaner car considering how long the process took. Gary is great. when I picked up the car there was a charge for the flat tire, which I fixed myself. Another advisor removed the fee and apologized for the mistake. He said the accounting make the mistake.

My car not only had the recall issues addressed, but the gas tank and fluids were topped off and the car had been freshly washed when I drove it out of the lot. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick to get my car in for service and get it back to me when I came back to pick it up.
