I especially enjoyed working with you. My only suggestion would have been that once I scheduled my oil change via the Internet, someone would have gotten back to me to let me know that I was due for a full service. No one likes to be blindsided upon arrival.

It took weeks to get an appointment and I arrived at exactly 9:40am. I left after noon - about 2.5 hours for an oil change. Even though all the information on my service was on the reservation, it was a completely manual process from arriving to payment All of this could have been done electronically and faster on my iPhone. The right wireless network would recognize me when I get there, scan in like an airline, confirm services and maybe even upsell, and take payment. Not to mention sequenceing me with the next mechanic and tracking time to delivery.
My service advisor was *Excellent*- but I don’t want to spend 3 hours with anyone to get my oil changed. Not Lexus level of experience.
