Made an appointment for a recall and when I came in they didn’t have the part . Also told me it would be 2.5 hours and it was 4 I have to make a second trip for something that should have been done right the first time . Also happened to me last time I came in for a maintenance 150k and made an app ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to be told anything was missing. The wait time is always off now and it used to be better.
