Samson made my experience at Lexus exceptional! Samson was quick, efficient and transparent throughout. I appreciated his attention to detail when he called to discuss the servicing with me. Since I’m not familiar with taking regular care of my car, it was helpful that Samson answered my (many) questions without making me feel uninformed. In the future I look forward to servicing my car with the help of Samson.

Unfortunately, someone at your facility is siphoning gas from your customers vehicles.
When I dropped my vehicle off I checked my gas Guage and I had 3/4 of a tank.
I always keep a close record of my gas mileage and I always reset my trip odometer when I fill up.
I always get better then 20 miles per gallon.
When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed it had only 1/2 a tank.
My trip odometer read 89 miles and it took 9 gallons of gas to fill it.
That works out to less then 10 miles per gallon.
I'm not asking for anything more then the hope that you find out who is stealing gas from your customers.
I am very thankful to you for helping me with cost of repairing my car and with to thank you very much for the great service you gave me.
I will continue to be a loyal customer of your facility.
