I got the 90k services and I was told that along with the service, the car would be cleaned and washed. I dont see it cleaned nor washed. The exteriors are as dirty as it was.

Customer service was great but I’m unhappy with the quality of work. My car is really shaking while driving after service. I need to go get my tires balanced. I guess when they rotate tires they don’t balance them?

A few things were not done right to make this a 5-star experience, I will give may be 2-stars for this service.
I dropped my car as early bird on Friday eve but there were no envelopes to drop key off in the key drop off box, when I mentioned this to lady at the reception while picking up the car she was too casual about the inconvenience it caused me and my wife looking for one.
She did not bother to explain the work that was done I thought it would have been nice for her to go over what service / work was performed since I told her I had not talked to my service advisor. It felt like she was more interested in getting my signature and moving on.
Lastly when I got into my car the plastic cover that as used during service was still sitting on my driver seat and was annoying.
Overall a few small things but it made a BIG dent in overall experience and I left with a feeling the overall experience was not Lexus like. I had better experience at this facility and others service facilities.
