Todd set up an appointment for me for Tuesday at 7 a.m. I was there on time and then I was sent away after I drove 90 miles up there from Monterey. I have since talked to Lexus USA about this and of course their position is that they can't get involved even though Tom said it's lexus.usa who's forbidding them to look at the vehicle therefore I cannot take my car to be serviced anywhere now as if my warranty is voided.I called Lexus of Stevens Creek yesterday and spoke to a young lady who said she was going to email me all of my repair history from the time that I took delivery of the car but that never happened. I called again today and they said Monica would call me but she never did.
