Randy - your service was great. The only problem was in the pick up of the car - got there at 3:05 after your call at 2:50 that the car was ready- did not get the car until just before 4:00, after my wife stood in line (again) to ask why the car was not brought up after watching other cars be brought up for people that came after us.
I know this is not what Lexus wants to hear, and it probably sounds like whining especially in these times, but I also know Lexus wants to know about these issues.
