This was my first time to the service department since all of the pandemic restrictions have been in place. Everything was very well organized, efficient and professional. A very short wait to drop off my car and loaner car was immediately available. Service was done quickly and I was very pleased.

Hi Sophia, you were great, super communicative and friendly. I still have the same chips in my windshield that I had when I arrived, maybe there were more that I hadn’t noticed that were repaired but the 5-7 that I noted are still there. My windshield was dirty when I arrived on Saturday, not a big deal by any means but definitely below the standard I was used to a few years ago. It feels like because the work was under warranty that the service dept didn’t care to do it well.
