Michael was super responsive and helpful with whatever questions I had for my car servicing. Of prime importance for customers is communication and Michael was articulate and immaculate with communication.
I think my goto guy at Lexus will be Michael. Great experience with Lexus overall as well.

I just wanted say that I thought the changes SCLS made to accommodate service customers was a very organized and efficient process. I don’t mean this in a negative manner, but the accommodations were so well done that the process of dropping off and picking up the car was even more efficient than in pre-Covid pandemic.
