With the pandemic, I was not expecting such a smooth operation. I was promptly directed to a lane, greeted, and instructed to wait for an associate. Within a few minutes, Samson introduced himself and did the initial vehicle inspection. He was great about explaining everything and making sure I knew what to expect both in terms of time and cost. Not long after I was driving home the loaner car, extremely happy with how quickly this all happened. Samson contacted me later to know the vehicle was ready for pickup and that too was very efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service I received from Samson and our Lexus Service Center. Thanks!
