Michael was great, very efficient and knowledgeable on a couple questions I had. You have a new system/process for dropping off and getting a loaner, I was surprised how fast it was!! I was driving away in the loaner like in 10 minutes or less from when I showed up! Great job and very nice improvement, I will be back, in fact I decided I would no longer take car to a local Japanese shop I used to use.
