Sampson was a lifesaver for me in what I believed to be a very stressful situation. My car did not start and all of the warning lights came on. It was a Sunday so I had the car towed to the Lexus Service Center. Sampson promptly contacted me on Monday morning to let me know that they were going to go over the car to ascertain the cause if the problem. He informed me that he suspected it was the battery because I had not driven very much during the pandemic. I learned how this could wear down the battery, he suggested that I purchase a Battery Tender, which I did. He kept me informed about the status of my car and it was ready for pick-up by 3:00. They were able to revive the battery and I did not need to purchase a new one. Sampson was very diligent in discovering the cause of the problem and allaying my fears. He is very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. He is a true asset to the Lexus Service group.
