Hi Mike, summer time is coming and I may not use my heater very often. But if the heater continues to deteriorate, I may have to come back to have a technician recheck my heating system. Keep in mind that only a few weeks ago, my heater was working just fine and the heater was blasting at a super hot level at the correct heater temperature setting. Thank you for your help. I very much appreciate the loaner car.

I was not aware that Lexus was not providing service car to drop me off at work. I was not told this during booking my maintenance. Also, daily rentals were out and Lexus would not reimburse my Uber ride. My family owns a Volvo XC 90 and Volvo reimburse all rides. I was always was more impressed with Lexus up unti now.
