Mr. Heller was uninformed of battery warranty, was on the verge of being rude. We tried to ask a question and make a comment but he felt the need to "over talk" to us . He also would not install the battery until we drove back home (80 miles round trip) for the reciept of the battery purchase, telling us it was not possible to retrieve it in your computer system. Even though we have been customers for well over ten years and have been assigned a customer number.
We have always been treated respectfully and courteous and helpful from John Wilhelm, Bill Stierman and Kris Seeser in the service department.
Also very helpful information from Matt Herrig in parts department, who was able to print off the receipt I requested. Unlike Mr. Heller did not try to do.
