John Heller is a thoughtful, considerate, and well-informed young service manager. As a senior citizen, he treated me with respect and fully explained the need for a new battery. My old one was almost 5 years old and he explained that because I take only short trips, my alternator does have time to keep the old battery fully charged. I’ve had to put a charger on in several times in this cold winter weather. He assured me the new battery would solve that problem.
We always use Anderson Weber. They are a trusted dealership.
