We were told it would be about a hour and half for oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was at 8:30 and my vehicle was done at 10:50. I realize that “stuff” comes up, but this just wasn’t the normal practice with Anderson Weber, especially when no one came to tell us in the waiting room it was going to be later.
