It took three months to get a cracked plug on the wire harness of our 2018 Highlander fixed. We had to call several times to get Anderson Weber to order the parts. We had to make several calls to find the status. Every time we were assured we would have a representative call back and address the issue. No follow up at all. The whole time our wire connector was held together with electrical tape.
The only positive comment I will make is when we asked to speak with the Service Manager, we finally saw improvement with how our issue was handled.
