So i had an oil change for my Toyota Camry 09, that has a problem from the Manufacture that is the oil is evaporator and when I talk to the mechanic and told him that that’s not fair that you guys sell this car with this engine and you guys should change the engine for me and he says no it’s not our problem it’s your problem you should fix the engine by yourself

Definitely satisfied with the service writers, John was exceptionally nice and understanding. I will say that it was tough to have to wait extra because of a tech breaking a pressure switch and then having to go through another snow storm with the front wheel drive rental. But I understand things happen and I made it work. I appreciate how up front they were about everything and for getting the work done, no more power steering pump whine!
