I was told that I had a part that was defective and that they would not cover it under warranty so I had to go to Moline in order to get it taken care of and when I got there they told me the part was not defective it was perfectly fine so I drove an hour and a half for nothing

I had an appointment to have my car looked at around 1030 and they did not look at it until the following day and then when they told me how much it cost they neglected to tell me the tax amount with it so i had to pay more than expected. Plus because my car is paid in full I do not carry full coverage therefore did not get a rental and I believe I should’ve had a discount in place of it since I went four days without that vehicle. I also checked the price online for the part end it was $100 less than what they charge me for it.
