I have bought my new truck less than 3 months ago and I have had to take it to the mechanic on 3 occasions, I think my truck is defective, in addition, every time I leave the mechanical workshop they do not wash it, this is an operation that they do in Honda at no cost and after each visit

I was not satisfied with the fact that the technician that worked on my truck He had my truck for 4 days drove it 90 miles to test drive it I think that was ridiculous and beside that my truck had 1/2 tank of gas when dropped off at mksmith and when picked up it was empty so I was very unsatisfied .

I was offered a shuttle that was “nearby,” waited 40 minutes, asked someone for help, got told the shuttle guy was here, then got told he had to take lunch and wasn’t available for another 45 minutes more…got a good ride back to the dealership though

Unfortunately this will be the last service I will be having done on my 2022 Silverado 2500 HD at MK Smith. Per Martin they only have 1 “Heavy Duty Mechanic” and there’s a waiting list to even get my truck looked at, they can not even look / work on my transmission because their transmission mechanic is not certified by Allison so they can not even repair / do Warranty work. Seems like the only thing MK Smith can do on my truck is change the oil, I can have that done at Jiffy Lube.
