Jay was terrific and kept us informed, but the wait for getting the smog done was extremely long. There was a problem with the technician being stranded and it delayed our car from getting done. We were one of the first in line, with an appointment, and we waited for our car for over 3 hours. Again, this was not Jay’s fault and he continued to keep us informed. We feel it is just one more instance when our service has taken too long.

Martin did a great job in rescheduling the maintenance of my Chevy Volt. The schedule was 11:00 AM July 1, 2025. Martin told me to come at 7:00 AM to get the maintenance done earlier so I could go to LAX on time to pick up my daughter. His flexibility with good advise really helped.
