It took basically 2 weeks to diagnose and fix my issue and when I got the truck back the issue got worse after driving on freeway. I had to borrow a car to get around. I took video and photos of what the truck is doing and emailed Gary.

Im not happy with the outcome of my experience I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday the 12th the vehicle porter took the truck right away while still talking with the the service advisor Jaylan he still had my warranty information and was making a copy of it the paperwork was to be put back in my truck jaylan himself told me he would put the paperwork back in my vehicle and it is now missing my warranty contract and information is now gone I went back to the dealer same day I picked up vehicle today Friday the 21st and was told there's nothing they can do about that he was very irresponsible about his job they had the vehicle over a week and couldn't figure out the knock/rattle its still making the noise I understand my warranty not covering everything but my missing paperwork is not professional it says in my receipt that the knock/rattle was fixed but it is not I was appreciative of them trying to fix it and tell me what's wrong with ac system since the warranty didn't cover it but the fact they lost my warranty contract and paperwork is just not right and Jaylans response was less then professional I know with %100 certainty he had my warranty information and told me he was going to put it with my vehicle he did not now I do not have my information which needed I doubt my family and I will ever use your dealerships repair shop again unless some how you find my information which was lost on jaylans behalf of un professional situation.

I couldn’t be any happier with the service Jay provided. He went above and beyond what I expected of him and helped me have my car ready weeks before expected. In over 30 years of driving and getting vehicles serviced never have I experienced such a helpful young gentleman as Jay. This young man definitely gets a 10/10. I would highly recommend MK Smith service department, not only for the amazing, quick and high quality of service on my vehicle but also for the helpful and friendly staff. From the moment I took my corvette for service Jay was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, to the point. As well as the staff reaching out to update me with statues of the vehicle to the cashier, heather (I believe) all very pleasant to be around. Thank you to everyone at MK Smith service. I could not be more happy.

Gary is a very professional in his work. He was very hospitable and right to the point. He wasted no time at all. He finished the paperwork in less than a minute and showed me the waiting area and in about an hour, my vehicle was done and I was on my way to work. I do appreciate his assistance and help.

No l’m not satisfied at all!! The guys who work at the service department really don’t their job, because I suppose get an oil change with a tire rotation, and after waiting for four hours. I went out side of lobby saw my car and one of service guy told the car was ready, but I saw that the tires wasn’t rotated. I told guy that, he said how you know?? I told him because I marked them. So they are charging people for something they don’t do. Also I go back because they don’t reset the system.wend I told the guy he said " I DON’T WORK ON CARS " and he was wearing a mechanic uniform.!! I will never go back.!!
