Positive: First time there ever, after moving home from west coast. Treated with respect. Greatly appreciate you allowing me to bring my own oil. Negative: i had a bulb out and was charged for a replacement. However the message on my dash indicates there is STILL a bad bulb. It is unlikely but possible that two bulbs burned out at the same exact time. In any case, I would gave thought that you would not have me drive off your lot until the warning light was gone. Kind of makes me wonder about the attention to other details, you know?? This car is nearing 400k miles and will need to be replaced. Not the greatest way to impress a new customer on her first visit...

Took my car in for the 10,000 mile service all went well with that. I have had a clicking sound coming from the dash for some time now, reported it when I was in for my 5,000 mile service but they couldn't find it. Today the service tech ' CT ' went with me for a ride and thinks he found the problem. He took my car back into the shop and worked on the vent and put some foam spacers in. I'm to let them know if that didn't fixed the issue. I will put some miles on it and see if that took care of the clicking sound.
