I was there because my battery that was still under warranty on my lease was bad. Karl Murray was awesome. Although another service rep was about to turn me away because it was too close for his time to go home, Karl made it happen. Very professional and showed care and concern. 5 stars for Karl! So sorry I got there late!

I ended up paying for a new battery I didn't need when my vehicle was originally misdiagnosed. This misdiagnosis also caused me to have significant safety issues while driving my young children to school the day after- including complete loss of power steering and transmission failure. In the end, it was a wire that was misfiring, conductive to the suggestion that I made to the service agent initially.

Fred and david were very acomodating and good customer service, but the other guy (short and chubby) which was texting in his table , when I approach him he said “ i’m working right now” and continue texting, I wasn’t able to see his name tag, as a customer there is a better way to say it like someone will be right with you or ill call someone to help you instead of what he said to me, i felt I disturbed him or sort of saying get away im busy.

The service was fine, it’s just not everything was able to be fixed today. David was helpful and said I could take my vehicle home and bring it back another time at my convenience to have the rest of the work done. I was satisfied with what was done today and will come back later.
