Kevin and Adam were great and their customer service was excellent. What I have problems with is the inability to make an appointment over the phone. I left work and drove down to your facility on 11/11/19 and I found the staff sitting in the office less than responsive. After I had left 2 calls that were never were returned. This is not meeting performance expectations especially from a family that has leased 6 cars from Sierra.

The dealer could not find out the problem , now that’s a problem!
Not happy that they didn’t even seem to be concerned about trying to resolve the problem. After having to take the car back bcuz they broke the hood cable my car again died on me. So I have to do research my self a non mechanic and wonder now if it could be the relay panel or alternator? What do u think HONDA?
